Bus RamblesMembers usually meet in the Chesterfield New Market Square, opposite the “Peacock Coffee Lounge” ten minutes before the departure times stated & then proceed to the appropriate bus stand. BS - means New Beetwell Street, North side BSS - means New Beetwell Street, South side CS - means Cavendish Street CW - means Church Way EW - means Elder Way RH - means Rose Hill SP - means Stephenson Place Leaders need not travel on the bus but should ensure that they are at the “getting off point” listed in the Programme for the arrival of the bus. |
Car RamblesIt is suggested that passengers accepting lifts consider contributing towards the cost of the journey and to any parking fees incurred. Agreement should be reached between individual drivers and their passengers. Passengers should not wear their walking boots in other members’ cars.
